    "content": " Thank you, Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, for giving me this opportunity to respond to this Motion which is before the House. I take note that most of the Members who spoke on this Motion have supported it. I think the most instructive information that we have is that this has been over a period of time. As the hon. Mover reminded us, up to 1980, there was some scheme of service which was in place and, therefore, those who were there before that time, did qualify for pension at the end of their service term."
