    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, auditing of any entity is guided by auditing and accounting standards. There is the bare minimum standard. As hon. Makali said, we are over-legislating. You cannot put in every detail of what an auditor is supposed to do when he goes to an entity. Telling the auditor that he must examine the public procurement and asset disposal of a State organ or a public entity is not necessary. There is a body responsible for the oversight of the procurement and asset disposal processes of State organs or public entities. The work of the auditor is to express an opinion."
