    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 41 of the Bill be amended in Sub-clause (1) (c) by deleting the words ―and approved by Parliament‖. Clause 41 is about sources of funds for the Office of the Auditor- General. I propose to amend Clause 41(c) by deleting the phrase ―and approved by Parliament‖. This provision is superfluous and makes Parliament to administer the Office of the Auditor-General."
