    "content": "The Auditor-General in discharging his or her functions conduct and responsibilities shall determine the code of conduct and ethics for all the Public Officers of the Office of the Auditor General which shall be in line with those prescribed by the Constitution, this Act, the Public Officer Ethics Act, 2003 and the relevant professional bodies. If you look at the heading of that section, it is about the code of conduct and ethics of staff of the Auditor-General (AG). It is actually to put out that the AG shall ensure that the staff in the Office of the A-G will strictly adhere to the code of conduct which must be in compliance with the Public Officer Ethics Act, 2003 and other relevant professional bodies."
