    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, I want to oppose that amendment. Where we are, it is already a criminal offence. You have been fined in a court of law Kshs5 million and imprisoned. Any serious professional body at that stage automatically should have disciplined you according to its ethics. Once you have been taken to court, fined and jailed, which other professional body, serious enough, can still entertain you in its profession? So, that amendment does not add any value."
