    "content": "Clause 61 of the Bill be amended- (a) in Sub-clause (1) by inserting a new paragraph immediately after Paragraph (b)— ―(b) without justification, fail to provide information within reasonable time that is required under this Act‖; (b) in Sub Clause (2) by- (i) deleting the words ―two million shillings‖ and substituting therefor the words ―five million shillings‖; (ii) deleting the words ―one year‖ and substituting therefor the words ―three years‖.
