    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, the principal of correction is accepted in our Constitution right now. Longer prison sentences are not likely to be rehabilitative or correctional. So, five years should be enough if our Prison Service will be doing their job in accordance with the new Constitution. I agree with the Chairman that we should accept that."
