    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, I support the amendment by the Member for Ugenya. Performance audit, in fact, may sometimes require questioning the given policy. It negates the constitutional mandate of the Auditor-General, as the Constitution requires him under Article 229 (6) to report on whether public funds have been used lawfully and effectively. I support the amendment."
