    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 74 be amended in Sub-Clause 2 by deleting paragraph (f). The succession of bodies like these ones must be done in an orderly manner. If someone is proposing that a contract subsisting between the Kenya National Audit Office (KENAO) and another person before the enactment of this Bill must cease within 30 days, it is not right. Contracts have timelines. You cannot purport that through this law, you want to kill all the contracts done by KENAO and yet, KENAO is just a successor of this institution. I want it to be deleted, so that we can have a smooth transition."
