    "content": "If you go further to Section 137(2) it says:- ―The House shall consider the Bill as reported from the Select Committee upon a Motion ―That the report of the Select Committee on the House….. Bill be approved‖ He has already done the reporting. So, what we are attempting to do has been passed and it is there. I have underlined it in this Standing Order. It says Committee of the Whole House. This cannot be a Committee of the whole House. This is the House. I am very clear. This does not even need interpretation. Thank you."
