When a Committee of the whole House has reported progress on a Bill, the House shall consider the Bill as reported upon the Motion ―that, the House doth agree with the Committee in the said Report.‘ Paragraph (2) of this Standing Order says The electronic version of the Official Hansard Report is for information purposesonly. A certified version of this Report can be obtained from the Hansard Editor."
