    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, I am reminded about Standing Order No.97. I know we are just about to begin debate. I also know that we have extended the sitting time of the House, but if we are going to go by resolutions of the House that we last made, it will mean that speakers will have ten minutes each. If we go by that, we may, in my view, take longer in the House than is normal. Will I be in order to propose that under Standing Order No.97 before we begin debate on this, we reduce the contributing time to five minutes for every Member speaking?"
