"content": "When we started talking about the Constitution Implementation Commission (CIC), we started going wrong. When we said that there was too much representation from Nyanza, we were told that there was nothing wrong with having this kind of thing. So, since we set the precedence, we have to go on with that because we have representation from the other communities. We have no reason to say they do not have a right to be commissioners."
