    "content": "Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I oppose this Motion. When you look at what is happening, it is good to call a spade a spade. The fact of the matter is that the Jubilee Government is now preparing ground for a total take-over of the Judiciary. That is the fact of the matter. We know that shortly, the offices of the Chief Justice and the Deputy Chief Justice will be falling vacant. Therefore, for you to have people in those positions who will sing your song, you must have a plan for the JSC. You must have a JSC which you control.
