    "content": "Again, we must also not forget that in this House, the retention rate is below 30 per cent - 70 per cent of us who are seated here today will be out there in the field, and will be looking for jobs. When those jobs come up, shall we say that we are not qualified because we are politicians? Being a politician does not mean that your life starts and ends with politics. You can be out there and you need a job. So, when we vilify these people because they have been in politics, we are not being fair to them; we are also not being fair to ourselves."
