    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir. The Minister does not have to insist when he knows that he is wrong. All we are saying is that if the Government has taken over a Bill, that becomes a Government Order of the day. If the Government had not taken over the Bill and is merely donating its time, it does not become a Government Order of the day. We just want a correction and recognition of the fact that the Back Bench is doing its bit, and that the Government is not doing what it is supposed to be doing."
