    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, finally, there was this issue where some loss occurred in the Ministry of Education. Some of the money that we disburse to schools is from donors. When donors bring that money they want to see it used well. When they hear that the money was not used well and has gone somewhere else in the Ministry--- I am glad that the Minister is here, we do not know what became of the inquiry about the money that was misappropriated. We do not know what happened. There was a time in the Ministry when some people were suspended."
