    "content": "Hon. Deputy Speaker, it is only yesterday we were discussing the President‘s Speech. With regard to the annexure of the list of shame that the President handed to this House, I am a bit disturbed by our show of double standards, in that a lot of Members who spoke said that this list is just but a list. In fact, they were called allegations. Now, what we are being told about Mr. Kipng‘etich are allegations. I want to refresh the minds of the Members here that during Moi‘s era, the President would actually order for degazettement of forest land and order the same land to be issued to Kenyans. So, if this fellow applied to be given land in Mau Forest, that time then, he was within the law, in my own opinion."
