We are passing laws that bind this country on very serious issues in one sentence. This is doing a disservice to that Act. I would, therefore, want to call on your kind office if you could, please, consider giving a substantive ruling as to whether we can move this Motion or whether it is, indeed, proper that we bring conventions as miscellaneous amendments. This is because there are many other conventions that will come before this House. Thank you."
