"content": "Thank you, hon. Deputy Speaker. I also want to join my colleagues and Kenyans in expressing my condolences to the families of those who are affected. It is sad that today morning at around 5.30 a.m. some guys went and killed a good number of young Kenyans. We are supposed to do soul-searching. We need to ask ourselves some questions. I know that we have lost a good number of lives through terrorism. We have seen that a good number of people have been killed. We are supposed to sit and ask ourselves why we are having all those other problems. Some of my colleagues have ventilated on some of the suggestions and issues of having our forces somewhere in Somalia. I do not know if it will help. I also want to congratulate the President because I have just seen that he has ordered the 10,000 recruits who were recruited the other time - and the court told them not to go - to report. I know they are going to report. I know we are trying as much as possible to do what we can. But I want to honestly say that we are supposed to do a soul-searching and see the best we can to help our people not to be killed. I want to say sorry to the families who have lost their loved ones. Thank you."
