    "content": "Thank you, hon. Deputy Speaker. On the outset, I want to convey my condolences to the families of the young ones whose lives have been cut short today. The security of Kenya is paramount and it must be uppermost than any other thing because, if we do not have security, then we cannot talk about development, education and every other thing. University education is so important for every country. It is the best from our communities that we send to the university. For those lives to be cut short in the way it has happened today, it is the saddest moment in our country. I want to thank our security forces, particularly the KDF.
