    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Speaker, Sir. I think the Assistant Minister is misleading this House because one month ago he said that everything had been forwarded to the accounts of these teachers in Nandi Central and Nandi North, that is to Mosop and Emgwen constituencies. He said that the money had been wired to the respective accounts of these teachers. This is supposed to be money covering up to October, 2011. Now, if he can say here that everything will be sorted out by January, 2012, yet we are talking about last year’s payment, then he is not being sincere."
