It is quite important because it gives the people time. It binds the people who are dispensing these administrative actions to ensure that whatever actions they are going to take, they must inform or notify the people who are concerned in good time. It is also unfortunate that there is a part which is excluding the disciplined forces. Although we believe they have their own procedures, sometimes we also need to review those administrative actions which are within the precincts of the disciplined forces so that they can also access their rights."
