    "content": "There are several cases which are usually not seriously looked at. The reason I am backing this Bill is that there are rights which nobody has been giving serious attention. An example I can give is the question of evictions. In the Constitution, there is a right for an eviction. If the Government wants to construct a road or build a factory, there is a right to evict that person and compensate him or her. Before such an action is undertaken, this Bill will give the right to those people who are being affected by whichever kind of eviction. They will be given the right to be heard and to decide on what they want to do or where they want to be relocated. With regard to compulsory acquisition of land by the Government, I think this Bill will cure that."
