The companies they ask to participate in their tendering are companies which do not even have the capacity when you compare them with yours. So, in such a case, will it not be possible for you to interpret that action on whether it was fair or not? In the Third Reading, I will urge my fellow colleagues that we look at this law properly and expand it in a way that manages to achieve the objectives that it was supposed to achieve.
