I am not going to allow you for just a very simple reason. It is fine if it is the next Order but I am not going to allow any other Member who is walking in now for just one good reason: You will probably be coming to repeat what the rest of the membership have spoken because you did not listen to them. This is what we are going to do henceforth, that Members who will be walking in halfway through the contribution of Members will not be allowed because we run the risk of repeating ourselves.
