"content": "Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, for giving me an opportunity to also add my voice to this issue. I want to say something that maybe is going to assist. The other day when the President was here, he said that he has to make changes in this country. One way of making changes in this country is by introducing this kind of law. If this can be followed, I believe we are going to move a step as Kenyans especially when we have the new Constitution.
