With regard to this Bill, we received a communication from the Senate yesterday at 4.00 p.m. We are scheduled to meet today so that, as a Committee, we can discuss the same. We have not come up with a common position on this proposed amendment from the Senate. Therefore, we humbly request that this business appearing on the Order Paper today be rescheduled to next sitting of the House so that, as a Committee, we can internalise what the proposed amendment from the Senate is; we cannot support it without having on board the entire Committee."
