    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, hon. Affey wants to know whether I am satisfied with the equipment that the police are using. Yes, I am very satisfied that the police are using modern equipment. Some of that equipment has led to the recovery of stolen goods. Some of the equipment has led us to where the fellows were hiding. The Police Department is in the process of buying high-tech equipment, some of which I will not mention here. So, I would like to assure this House that we are in a position to get hold of a suspect when he commits a crime."
