    "content": "I want to touch on just a few things that the Members raised. I agree with the Departmental Committee on Health. I am not a health expert; rather I am a legal expert. I said that, primarily, my concern is the ethical-legal issues, much less the scientific issues. So, I am willing to bring on board the scientific issues that they have raised, including expanding the Bill to include other methods of assisted reproduction. That is why we normally have a Committee of the Bill; it is so that we enrich Bills. That will not make the Bill flawed. It will only enable us to enrich it."
