    "content": "Members have raised certain issues. Sometimes they are busy and so they may read the Bill halfway. Some of the concerns that have been raised are already in the Bill. For instance, it takes into account, because of the Christians’ concerns, the issue of married couples. What hon. Nicholas from Turkana East has raised about a child being stigmatised is covered in the issues of confidentiality. We cannot legislate about God being the giver of life. However, we know God uses human beings to inject us when we are sick. So, God can use human beings to assist us when we are having challenges in reproduction."
