    "content": "I know the Departmental Committee on Health has been concerned that the Health Bill is coming and they were looking at a more holistic approach. I want to give them my experience when we brought the Children Bill. We had the same approach. We were very ambitious. We wanted everything to do with children to fit in one Bill. Our experience has shown that it is not possible. All health issues cannot fit in one Health Bill. Since we passed the Children Bill, we have passed the Sexual Offences Act, the Victim Protection Act, the Counter Trafficking in Persons Act and the Criminal Law (Amendment) Act that have to do with aspects of protecting children in the justice The electronic version of the Official Hansard Report is for information purposesonly.
