    "content": "I would want to note that Kenya participated in the world conference titled “Education for All” which was held in Jomtien in Thailand in 1990. At the conference it was understood that it was by making basic education free that poor children would be included in the education system. This goal was to be achieved by the year 2000. Attainment of education related to Milleniun Development Goals (MDG) in Kenya is largely hinged on availability and appropriate use of financial resources to acquire supportive inputs to the education process."
