    "content": "Three years later, the promise of education for all is still a challenge that stands out amongst disadvantaged poor populations, who cannot finance their own education. Even when children start school, they are forced to drop out due to factors related to the cost of schooling such as examination fees and other costs. Quite often, they drop out even before acquiring the basic skills required for one to make useful contribution to national development. In Ikolomani Constituency, we have 3,985candidates in Standard Seven. In 2014, we had 3,792 students, of whom only 2,493 sat for their examination. This means over 200 students were locked out."
