    "content": "There is no way we can expect students to go to school up to Standard Eight and expect them to sit examinations without paying for it. It is not necessary more so at times when the Government, by word, has demonstrated that it is able to sustain free education. When you go to the schools, several levies are done through the backdoor and the parents have had to contend with the heavy levies that are not made public."
