    "content": "Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, for this opportunity. First, I want to thank hon. Wangwe for bringing this Motion for debate. That is why we are elected to this House, to find reasons and issues that affect our constituents and find ways of sorting them out. This issue of exams poses a very heavy burden on parents. It is one of the things that are affecting people who are already being weighed down by very high cost of living."
