    "content": "Thank you, hon. Speaker. You can see the interest that is generated by this Report. The findings of the Powers and Privileges Committee were that they should not reconstitute the whole Committee and that confirms that PAC has been doing a good job. This Committee looks into accounts of public entities once the National Assembly appropriates the Budget. This is a Committee where the word “corruption” should never be heard of. It should be above board. It was a lesson that if you accuse your fellow Members of corruption, you have to prove it beyond any reasonable doubt. I thank the Powers and Privileges Committee for recommending that you only deal with the five Members who were found to have breached the privilege but not of being accused of corruption. Those are the only Members who have been taken out."
