    "content": "Thank you very much. The reason as to why I am opposing this Report is that, if hon. Cecily Mbarire was removed from the PAC, I expected a woman to take her position. It is not that I doubt hon. Kanini Kega, I believe that he can do the job but it is only fair that if we are talking about affirmative action and gender balance, we must replace a woman with a woman. If the Jubilee Coalition has a shortage of women, I believe that the Coalition for Reforms and Democracy (CORD) can loan us a woman."
