Standing Order No. 230(4), (5) and (6) says:- “(4) Upon receipt of a petition under paragraph (3), the relevant Departmental Committee shall investigate the matter and shall, within fourteen days, report to the House whether the petition discloses ground for removal under Article 251(1) of the Constitution.
