In this House, no one is above the law, including the Leader of the Majority, as we are governed by the Standing Orders. I listened carefully and the HANSARD will bear me witness. After the transaction you asked: “Is there anyone who wants to contribute or discus on this matter?” The Hon. Leader of the Majority Party is on record and he said he wanted to contribute. He did not rise on a point of order."
