    "content": "Is he right to mislead this House because rules, accusations--- We have seen Members who have gone through the Powers and Privileges Committee going through a lot of punishment for breach of privileges. Today the Leader of the Majority Party has breached privilege. It is in order if he is found guilty to be named. I want to justify this. I want people to know that we are all equal.
