    "content": "Hon. Speaker, I rise to share my ideas on the issues which have been raised by hon. Duale, and which were substantive arguments in opposition to the amendments sought by hon. Maanzo. Whether they have come by way of a point of order or by way of contribution, I will refer to them. Secondly, listening to the tone in his submission, it will impact very closely with the amendments which I have in mind, although I do not want to pre-empt debate. We need to understand the role that the Constitution has given us in this august House. That role is indicated in Articles 94 and 95 of the Constitution.
