    "content": "The Committee has done what it was supposed to do. If you look at this Report, you will find that the Committee conducted public participation. The Committee asked whoever had issues with the Petition to appear before it by advertising in the daily newspapers. The issues that are being brought today by way of an amendment are just diversionary. If there was an issue that ought to have arisen at the right stage, then it ought to have been brought to the attention of the Committee when it called for public participation."
