I look forward to the day when Members of this House will cheer or object not on the basis of which side of the House one stands, but on the substance of what one says. I say so because I know that the issue raised by hon. Maanzo is weighty and serious. We should listen to one another without booing, whether we are popular or not popular. Fortunately or unfortunately, those very sharp views expounded by the speakers before me are from colleagues who in our profession are my hon. Juniors. So, I want to treat them with a lot of respect."
