    "content": "If I do not say this, people will think that Parliament is doing something which is not lawful. We are not disciplining the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). We do not have power to discipline him. We only have powers under the Constitution to initiate his removal. His removal is contemplated under Section 17 of the Act, which is by the Commission. In other words, that fellow will be disciplined by that Commission. That Commission will be the one to remove him or not."
