Members, upon consultation we will not be dealing with the Fair Administrative Action Bill immediately because the Committee and its Chairperson are still tidying up a few things. We will go straight to the Environmental Management and Co-ordination (Amendment) Bill, National Assembly Bill No.31 of 2014. Actually, it is the second one, that is, the Public Service--- Give me just a minute, hon. Members. We will be starting with the Public Service (Values and Principles) Bill, National Assembly Bill No.29 of 2014. We are now considering the Senate amendments. We will move to it very quickly because it is a fairly straightforward Bill, hon. Members. It is something that we are going to dispose very quickly."
