    "content": "THAT, Clause 15 of the Bill be amended- (a) in sub-clause (1) by deleting the word “satisfactory” appearing immediately after the words ‘a public officer to be’ and substituting therefor the words “exemplary, outstanding or innovative”; and (b) in paragraph (b) of sub-clause (2) by deleting the word “satisfactory” appearing immediately after the words ‘public officers who offer’ and substituting therefor the words ‘exemplary, outstanding or innovative’. (c)"
