A non-employed Kenyan receiving a letter of appointment signed by the Town Clerk will assume that it is genuine and in good faith. What is the Minister doing to ensure that those who are being laid off will get what they are entitled to and the recruitment exercise of new employees is going to be done properly without corruption?"
