    "content": "Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman. I reject this proposal in totality from the Senate. I do not want to doubt the capability of the Committee of the Senate handling environmental issues, but some of the proposals they are bringing forth are very unrealistic. They are indicating that the state of the environment in the counties be published by the CECs in charge of the environment, which they should compile and then the Cabinet Secretary in charge of environment at the national level should be the one responsible to give the state of the environment. I reject this amendment from the Senate."
