    "content": "We are rejecting this amendment because it is similar to Clause 23. It is a matter of not appreciating the timelines required for the reports and plans to be produced. We are rejecting and requesting that the House rejects this Senate Amendment because we think that more time is required. A good plan needs more time and a better report can only be produced if you give them a realistic timeline."
